Withdrawing funds from your Rain Omani Rial (OMR) account and sending them to your OMR personal bank account is easy. 

Requirements:

  1. Bank account in your own name. To initiate a withdrawal from your Rain account to your OMR bank account, you need a personal bank account in the same name as the one you used register on Rain.
  2. Personal bank account details. You will need to add your personal bank account details to Rain. For more information on how to add your bank account details click here.

NOTE: Make sure your Rain account name matches your bank account name to guarantee a smooth transaction.

Steps (Rain website):

    1. Log in to your Rain account.
   2. Go to Transfer Funds and click on Withdraw with bank.

   3. Select the OMR account you would like to withdraw funds from.
   4. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
   5. Select the Destination bank account. Click continue.
   6. Check the Confirm Withdrawal page to make sure all the information is correct. Click Confirm.

   7.  Allow for 1-4 business days for your transfer to show up in your bank account.

NOTE: Transfers usually take 1-4 business days to arrive to your account. Once a withdrawal is initiated it cannot be cancelled. Withdrawals are charged a OMR 5 fee to cover wire transfer charges. 

  

Steps (Rain app):

    1. Open the Rain app on your phone.
   2. Go to Profile and click on Withdraw.
   3. Select the OMR account you would like to withdraw funds from.
   4. Select the bank account you would like to receive your funds on.
   5. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw using the keypad. Click continue.
   6. Check the Confirm Withdrawal page to make sure all the information is correct. Click Confirm.
   7.  Allow for 1-4 business days for your transfer to show up in your bank account.
